Terms of Use

Effective date: September 17, 2026

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Size It Up Party at sizeitupparty.com. The service is operated by size it up party. By accessing or using the website, Daily game, Unlimited mode, or related content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms apply to the current browser game and public pages. A future feature may be subject to additional terms presented with that feature. If there is a conflict, the more specific terms will control for that feature to the extent stated.

The service

Size It Up Party is an independent visual size-estimation game. A round presents a reference object, an adjustable target object, and a stated measurement dimension. Players resize the target, lock in an estimate, and review the actual relationship, score, contextual fact, qualifier, and cited source.

The current service offers a five-round Daily mode, an Unlimited practice mode, optional Google sign-in, and public Daily, weekly Season, and streak leaderboards. Daily and Unlimited are free to play without an account. Google sign-in is required only to associate a completed Daily result with a leaderboard identity. The service currently has no subscription, credits, or payment step.

Features, puzzles, sources, visual assets, rules, and availability may change as the game develops. We may correct, replace, withdraw, or reorder content when needed for accuracy, licensing, safety, reliability, or product quality.

Eligibility and general-audience use

The service is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms on your own, use the service only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who can review these Terms.

You are responsible for using the service in a way that is lawful in your location. A Google account confirms control of that sign-in identity but does not verify a person’s real-world identity, age, skill, professional status, or eligibility for a prize. The leaderboard is for friendly comparison and is not a ranked prize event.

Gameplay and Daily results

Daily mode uses one published five-puzzle set for a UTC date. Local progress may be restored in the same browser. The service records the first submitted estimate for each Daily puzzle whether or not the player has signed in; a revealed round cannot be edited and resubmitted for a higher leaderboard score. A short-lived anonymous attempt may be associated with an account if the player signs in after completing the Daily. Clearing browser data, changing devices, or using another browser may remove or separate local progress or prevent that claim.

Unlimited mode provides additional eligible puzzles for practice. It does not alter the completed Daily score or create a verified leaderboard record. Recent-puzzle avoidance is a convenience rather than a guarantee that every selected puzzle will always be unique.

The public leaderboards may display a signed-in player’s chosen display name, available profile image, Daily and Season scores, ranks, current and longest streaks, completed-day count, and completion order. A Season is a UTC Monday-to-Sunday week and totals the player’s best five completed Daily scores from that week. Unlimited results are not ranked. Display names must not impersonate others, expose another person’s private information, contain unlawful or abusive material, or create a false claim of affiliation. We may rename, hide, remove, or suspend an account or result when reasonably necessary to address abuse, manipulation, security, rights, or legal concerns.

Scores are calculated using the rules described on the How to Play page. We aim to apply the same published scoring logic to equivalent inputs. We may correct a technical defect or withdraw a puzzle when a version, source, measurement, or asset is invalid. We will not combine incompatible puzzle versions or rules into one Daily total.

Measurements, sources, and educational limits

Real-world objects can vary by model, specimen, configuration, condition, definition, and measuring method. A puzzle identifies the dimension used, such as height, length, width, or diameter, and may include a qualifier describing the selected example or definition. A cited value is not a guarantee that every example of the object has exactly that size.

Sources are provided to support transparency and correction. A cited organization, database, manufacturer, publication, or website does not sponsor or endorse Size It Up Party merely because its information is referenced. We may summarize factual information in original wording and link to a source without adopting every statement on that source’s website.

The game is provided for entertainment and general educational interest. Do not rely on a puzzle, score, comparison, illustration, fact, or source note for engineering, construction, navigation, safety, medical, scientific, legal, financial, purchasing, or other professional decisions. Use an appropriate qualified source and verify the applicable specification for those purposes.

If you find a likely measurement problem, email support@sizeitupparty.com with the puzzle or object name, disputed dimension, suggested value, and a reliable source. We may explain the qualifier, correct the record, replace the source, or withdraw the puzzle after review.

Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal, non-commercial play. You may copy or share the result text or result image produced for your completed session, provided you do not remove required notices, misrepresent the result, or imply an affiliation that does not exist.

You may not:

  • interfere with the operation, availability, security, or intended behavior of the service;
  • attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, safety measures, or technical restrictions;
  • send malicious code, abusive traffic, deceptive requests, or automated activity that harms availability;
  • obtain answers through unintended access and present them as legitimate play;
  • copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute a substantial part of the puzzle database, interface, original graphics, written explanations, or source arrangement without permission;
  • use the service or its branding to falsely suggest ownership, sponsorship, authorization, partnership, or official status;
  • infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or abusive conduct.

Reasonable accessibility tools, personal browser features, and ordinary search-engine crawling that follows published controls are not prohibited merely because they are automated. The relevant question is whether use respects rights, instructions, service availability, and the purpose of the feature.

Intellectual property

The Size It Up Party name, original game code, original interface, written explanations, puzzle selection and arrangement, scoring presentation, and original graphics are protected by applicable rights. Third-party facts, sources, and licensed assets remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and use the service for its intended personal purpose. They do not transfer ownership of the service or grant a right to reuse substantial content, create a confusingly similar service, remove notices, or exploit materials beyond an applicable legal exception.

Size It Up Party is an independent project. It is not the official, authorized, sponsored, or affiliated version of another size-comparison game unless we expressly state an affiliation and can support it. Similarity in a general game idea does not grant permission to copy another project’s protected expression, and our independent implementation does not claim ownership of general facts or game concepts.

Feedback, corrections, and messages

You may send suggestions, correction reports, and other feedback. You retain rights in material you submit. You give us permission to use the message to investigate, respond, correct the service, and maintain a reasonable record of the decision. Do not send confidential business information or material you are not authorized to share.

Submitting a correction does not guarantee that we will adopt the proposed value. Measurements must be compared using matching dimensions, definitions, models, specimens, and methods. We may request clarification, select another reliable source, or retain the existing record with a clearer qualifier.

Third-party links

The service may link to measurement sources or other external pages. Those sites are controlled by their respective operators and may have different terms, privacy practices, availability, and content. A link is provided for reference and does not by itself create sponsorship or responsibility for the external service.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the game useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent storage, or continued availability of every puzzle or feature. Maintenance, security events, source changes, licensing issues, network conditions, or product decisions may cause temporary or permanent changes.

We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, rights holders, or others; investigate misuse; comply with an applicable obligation; fix a defect; or retire unsupported content. We may also update these Terms. The revised version will display a new effective date, and continued use after that date means the revised Terms apply, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not make a warranty that the service will always be available, that every measurement will remain current, that every source will remain accessible, or that the game will meet a particular personal, educational, or professional purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Some locations do not allow certain limitations, so some of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. This includes losses connected to reliance on a measurement for a purpose the game does not support, loss of local progress, interruption, or third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited. You remain responsible for independently verifying information used for safety-critical, professional, commercial, or purchasing decisions.

Severability and no waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent possible. A delay or failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
